How and when our services and digital receipts are delivered after you pay.

1What we deliver

• Classroom education — Islamic & modern curriculum
• Hifz-ul-Quran — Quran memorization program
• Co-curricular activities — sports, arts, competitions, religious events
• Digital services — fee receipts, progress reports, attendance access via the portal

3How receipts work

After a successful online payment:

• A digital receipt is auto-generated and emailed to your registered address
• Usually arrives within minutes, and always within 24 hours
• Always available for download from your portal → Payment History → Receipts
• Not arriving? Check spam, then contact us

4How educational services start

• Classes begin on the academic term start date as per the school calendar
• Uniforms, books, learning materials are issued within the first week of term, or at admission
• Portal records (attendance, grades, reports) update continuously throughout the year

5If something doesn't arrive

If you paid but didn't get what you expected, contact us right away:

• Email info@alhuffazeducationsystem.com with your transaction ID
• Call (021) 33546968 during office hours
• Visit us in person at A-103, Block S, North Nazimabad

We'll investigate and resolve within 3 working days — either re-issuing a receipt, confirming delivery, or starting a refund per our Refund Policy.
