2Who can use the portal
To create an account, you must:
- Be 18+ and legally able to enter into a contract in Pakistan
- Be a parent, legal guardian, or authorized sponsor
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Keep your login credentials private and secure
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or misuse the portal.
3Fees & payments
Fee structure
Fee amounts are set by the school and may be revised annually with prior notice. Current fees are shown in the portal and at the time of enrollment.
Payment options
- One-time online payment via Bank Alfalah (card or bank transfer)
- Recurring monthly auto-debit (only with your explicit authorization)
- Offline at the school office (cash, cheque, or bank deposit)
All fees are charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Recurring auto-debit
Recurring payments — your control
If you opt into monthly auto-debit:
- You authorize the school and Bank Alfalah to debit the agreed fee each month
- We'll email you before each charge
- You can cancel anytime via your portal account or by writing to us (at least 5 working days before the next charge)
- Cancellation stops future charges — it doesn't refund past ones
Receipts
A digital receipt is emailed to you within 24 hours of a successful payment. You can also download any receipt from your portal anytime.
Late payment
Fees not paid by their due date may result in reminders, late fees, restrictions on activities/exams, or — in prolonged cases — academic suspension per school policy.
4Sponsorship payments
Sponsors voluntarily pay fees on behalf of a specific enrolled student. Sponsorship payments are fee payments by a third party, not charitable donations, and are not tax-deductible unless we issue specific documentation. Sponsoring a student doesn't create any legal or academic rights over that student.

8Intellectual property
Our logo, content, graphics, and portal software belong to Al Huffaz Education System. Don't reproduce or use them without our written permission.
9Third-party services
We use Bank Alfalah's payment gateway for transactions. When you pay, you're redirected to their secure interface. Their terms apply during payment. We're not responsible for issues caused by your bank, card issuer, or the gateway itself.
10Limits of our liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Pakistani law:
- Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim
- We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- We're not liable for payment gateway failures, bank errors, or issues with your internet/device
11Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your portal access if:
- You violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
- You provide false information
- The associated student is no longer enrolled
- We detect fraud, chargeback abuse, or misuse of payments
12Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Major changes will be emailed or posted as a portal notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
13Governing law
These Terms are governed by Pakistani law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh — after a good-faith attempt to resolve things directly first.
